Robus Risk Services (Guernsey) Limited (‘RRS’) is managing a large commercial insurer that needs dedicated administrative resource to provide insurance management services. This is an exciting opportunity and ideally needs to be filled for the beginning of next year!

Client Servicing Responsibilities
Robus Risk Services is part of the Ardonagh Group and provides insurance management services to regulated entities under its insurance manager licence. Robus Corporate Services provides company administration through its fiduciary licence. The role will offer exposure to a wealth of transferable skills which include:
Settlement of Invoices for general expenses.
Settlement of claims and collection of insurance premiums due.
Cashbook Maintenance.
Bank Reconciliations.
Assistance with Treasury management for cash and investments through liaison with banks.
Contribution to company secretarial tasks and preparation of documentation demonstrating compliance with local laws and regulations, all with appropriate training.
Assist in planning Board Meetings.
Assist with Board Pack production.
Undertake and complete simple underwriting referrals, for all new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
Ad hoc projects as determined by the director.
Claims administration, including payments.
Claims handling, including validation and liaising with intermediaries, suppliers, and loss adjusters.
Preparation of claim payments to be reviewed and signed off by the Insurance Manager.
General administration.
General responsibilities
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Relationship and team building skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential to collaborate with a range of professionals to deliver results.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident in the use of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook.
